PURCHASE TICKET for your entire team. All our adventures are now private rooms meaning no other player can join your team. Please purchase a ticket for the number of people you are expecting.
ARRIVE EARLY to make sure your entire team is on time for your scheduled game.
ENTER AND STOP IN THE LOBBY. There will be a video explaining rules, game play and introducing your game scenario.

POLICIES
.AGES Whereas many of CLUE Inn Escape Adventure Game puzzles are designed for mature problem-solving skills, we recommend either multi-generational teams or adult teams. Youth between 8 and 16 are invited to play accompanied by a paying adult and acceptance of procedures, policies and waiver liability by both the player and a guardian. Youth 16 to 18 must agree to all policies and procedures, the waiver must be signed by the a guardian. For their safety babies and toddlers are not allowed.
WHO HAS TO PAY All persons, no matter age, are considered part of the team and will be counted as a player.
BREAKAGE All props, property and locks are considered crucial to your game play and the game play of the next team. Do not break anything! Repair or replacement of any property may cause undue financial expense which will be passed on to person purchasing your ticket. You break it, you pay for it.
WINDOWS Do not touch or break windows. They are very costly and will be your financial responsibility to replace. No exposing any nudity, offensive gestures, or inappropriate suggestions to passerby’s (or the Game Master)
HORSEPLAY No excessive or unruly manors. The game can be intense or frustrating so be mindful of your actions. Do not fight or cause an unsafe environment.
RESCHEDULING Contact us as soon as possible if you cannot meet your scheduled game play time. We will try to accommodate and reschedule your game if we are notified 48 hours prior. There are no refunds.
Any violation of procedures or policies will result in players financial responsibility, denial of service, ejection from a game, or ejection from the building with no refund.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND PUBLICITY RELEASE

● I certify that I understand this activity has potential risks including but
not limited to:
a. Use of simple tools;
b. Potentially moving or lifting objects of not more than twenty
pounds;
c. Mental stress and anxiety;
d. Being in a reasonably small space with up to ten persons;
e. Possibility of failure to escape the room in the allotted time.
● I have no physical or mental illness that precludes my participation in
a safe manner for myself or others. I am not under the influence of
drugs or alcohol which impairs my ability to maintain my safety
awareness or endangers others.
● I agree that all staff or authorized agents may, in their sole discretion,
determine it is unsafe for myself or others for my participation to
continue, remove me from the premises by any lawful means.
● In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in
this activity, I hereby take action for myself, my executors,
administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows:
a. I WAIVE, RELEASE,AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability,
including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence
or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death,
disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or
actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me, THE
FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: The directors, officers,
employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents of any and
all entities authorizing this activity;
b. INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the
entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all
liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this
activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or
otherwise.
● I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of CLUE Inn Escape if
caused by my negligent, reckless or willful conduct.
● I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings and to
follow any verbal instructions or directions given to me by CLUE Inn
Escape or its employees.
● I authorize CLUE Inn Escape to take photos and understand that all
photos will be the property of CLUE Inn Escape and may be used on
social media and/or other advertising products.
I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL
ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH CLUE INN ESCAPE.
I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND
ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A
CONTRACT.
Entering the building is considered acknowledgement and acceptance by all persons involved of procedures, policies, and liability waiver.
